This sophisticated sensor features a three-electrode system: it ingeniously addresses the challenge of maintaining a stable electrode potential during continuous monitoring between the working electrode and the counter electrode, a common cause of measurement inaccuracies, by incorporating a reference electrode into its architecture. This innovative addition forms a tri-electrode configuration for residual chlorine sensors. As the potential between the working electrode and the reference electrode fluctuates, the applied voltage is meticulously adjusted in real-time using the reference electrode potential and voltage control circuit. This ensures a steadfast potential difference between the working and reference electrodes. The sensor proudly offers remarkable precision in measurements, extended operational longevity, and obviates the need for frequent calibrations.
